"American Family Tree" is more than 10 feet high and more than 8 feet wide and 8 feet deep. In his posts of October 25 and October 26, Jay Rolfe asked for guesses as to what the sculpture was. Today the mystery is solved.
The subject of artist Jay Rolfe's sculpture "American Family Tree" is something that, from looking almost anywhere in public, seems to be "in the genes" of Americans, jeans. As artist Jay Rolfe didn't have room to photograph it inside because of its size, he moved it outdoors for these photos.
