First Snow of the Season!

This is the 175th post of artist Jay Rolfe this year! Yesterday artist Jay Rolfe set up his work table in his studio in preparation for painting his 3-D Shaped Stretched Canvas paintings. I didn't actually paint yesterday, as it was a day of celebrating the birthday of a family member and we did a lot of that. And it snowed for the first time this winter! Just over an inch. That was cool.

Today's photo is an out the window shot of two birds at the bird feeder this afternoon with the snow in the background. The birds take quick turns feeding at the feeder, snow or no snow. We are entertained, as is our cat. Jay Rolfe's cat, Buttercup, treats the windows overlooking the bird feeder and the fish aquarium as her private zoo.

That's the latest step of artist Jay Rolfe on his Journey From Starving Artist To 21st Century Picasso. You may view some of Jay Rolfe's Unique Artistic Idea, his Hyper Representational 3-D Shaped Stretched Canvas paintings, on his website at Artist Jay Rolfe uses vibrant color, 3-D, recognizable shape, and huge size to reveal beauty, touch emotion in a positive way, and create an Uplifting Conversation Piece.
